Arsineh Aghakhani, Esq.

Arsineh Aghakhani is an experienced trial attorney at Aghakhani Law. Throughout her career, she has represented plaintiffs, defendants, corporations, and individuals in litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Aghakhani is an accomplished advocate for her clients on a wide variety of issues.  

Ms. Aghakhani now primarily represents injured plaintiffs. She has successfully received favorable verdicts in jury and bench trials. Her successes include settlements of $7,000,000.00 and $4,500,000.00 on behalf of  injured clients. 

Ms. Aghakhani has obtained more experience than a number of lawyers with decades of practice. She has achieved successful outcomes for her clients in all areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and employment law. She is relentless and zealous in obtaining justice for her clients.  

Ms. Aghakhani earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors. She attended Chapman University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2010. During law school, Ms. Aghakhani was a judicial extern for the Honorable Zaven Sinanian at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles.  

Ms. Aghakhani is licensed to practice in California state courts, federal district courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and Armenian Bar Association.
